Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a positive customer experience and resolve customer queries in a timely manner.
  • Maintain communication with customers via mobile calls and messages.
  • Provide support and assistance to customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns effectively.
  • Build and nurture strong customer relationships through effective communication.
  • Provide timely support and resolve inquiries to ensure a positive experience.

Vacancy: 10

Salary: Tk. 15000 – 25000 (Monthly) [Based on Skill, Experience and Expertise]

Education

Bachelor/Honors (Any discipline)

Experience: 

1-2 years, with preference for those with call center experience, online sales skills, or similar backgrounds.

Additional Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proven experience in customer support via phone and online channels.
  • Ability to handle online sales and maintain user relationships.
  • Problem-solving ability.
