Job Responsibilities
- Ensure the visual quality, polish, and brand consistency of digital products.
- Improve the product’s overall look and feel beyond functional design.
- Work on typography, color, iconography, illustration, visual hierarchy, and UI polish.
- Own and maintain the visual layer of the design system.
- Define and manage color tokens, type scales, visual styles, and iconography standards.
- Work closely with Product Designers to ensure visual standards are correctly applied in the Figma component library.
- Maintain consistency across product screens, components, icons, illustrations, and brand-related UI elements.
- Support the product team in creating polished, intentional, and visually distinctive user interfaces.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, Development, Marketing, and Business teams when visual design support is required.
- Ensure all visual design outputs align with CrackTech’s product identity and brand direction.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
- 1–3 years of experience in visual design, UI design, product design, brand design, design systems, or digital product design is preferred.
- Freshers with exceptional design sense, creativity, visual polish, and a strong portfolio may also apply.
- Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, iconography, layout, visual hierarchy, and UI aesthetics.
- Good understanding of design systems, component libraries, and visual consistency.
- Ability to work with Figma and modern digital design tools.
- Ability to create clean, polished, scalable, and brand-aligned visual designs.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain design consistency across multiple screens and components.
- Familiarity with illustration, motion design, or brand identity design will be an advantage.
