Job Responsibilities
- Write clear, helpful, and user-friendly product copy for digital products.
- Create button labels, onboarding copy, instructions, error messages, empty states, notifications, tooltips, and feature explanations.
- Ensure product language is simple, consistent, useful, and aligned with the brand voice.
- Help users understand what is happening, what they need to do, and why it matters.
- Work closely with Product Designers, UX Researchers, Product Managers, Developers, Academic, and Business teams.
- Review and improve existing product copy to make it clearer and more user-centered.
- Maintain consistency in tone, terminology, and product communication across different screens and features.
- Support user journeys by writing content that reduces confusion and improves usability.
- Contribute to product content guidelines, microcopy standards, and UX writing best practices.
- Ensure all interface content supports a smooth, simple, and meaningful user experience.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
- 0–2 years of experience in UX writing, product copywriting, content design, technical writing, product documentation, or digital product content is preferred.
- Freshers with strong writing ability, product sense, user empathy, and a strong portfolio may also apply.
- Strong understanding of user-centered writing, product language, and digital user experience.
- Excellent written communication skills in English and Bangla.
- Ability to write simple, clear, concise, and helpful product copy.
- Good understanding of tone, voice, readability, and content consistency.
- Ability to work with product screens, user flows, wireframes, and design files.
- Familiarity with tools like Figma, Google Docs, Notion, Google Sheets, or similar tools will be an advantage.
