Position: Ads Specialist (Facebook and Google)

Job Location: Shewrapara, Dhaka

Job Responsibilities:
  • Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Facebook and Google.
  • Drive performance across multiple campaign objectives, including lead generation, purchases, app installs, conversions, and remarketing.
  • Manage full-funnel paid acquisition activities, including audience targeting, retargeting, scaling, budget allocation, A/B testing, and creative performance analysis.
  • Monitor campaign performance closely and improve key metrics such as CPA, CPL, CPI, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate, and overall funnel efficiency.
  • Handle multiple campaigns, products, and target segments simultaneously with strong prioritization and execution discipline.
  • Work closely with the content, design, product, and analytics teams to ensure strong creative alignment and conversion-focused campaign execution.
  • Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights, optimization recommendations, and growth opportunities.
  • Support tracking and measurement setup to ensure campaign accuracy and data reliability.
Desired Qualifications

Educational Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
Additional Requirements
  • Strong hands-on experience in Facebook Ads and Google Ads is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of conversion campaigns, lead generation, purchases, app installs, retargeting, and ROAS-focused optimization.
  • Proven ability to manage and optimize multiple campaigns and products simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and convert insights into actionable improvements.
  • Good understanding of digital funnels, attribution, tracking, audience segmentation, and performance reporting.
  • Candidates should be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced performance marketing environment.
Preferred Profile
  • Experience in EdTech / education marketing will be given preference.
  • Working knowledge of GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and Firebase will be considered a strong advantage.
  • Candidates with prior experience in scaling paid campaigns for education, learning, test prep, or app-based products will receive added preference.
