Experience Requirement: 2–3 years preferred
Job Location: Shewrapara, Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
- Shoot high-quality video content using Cine-line cameras and Mobile devices.
- Handle run-and-gun shooting in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
- Conduct both indoor and outdoor shoots as required.
- Shoot a variety of content formats, including fictional, non-fictional, and podcast content, with multi-camera operation.
- Create visually engaging content with strong storytelling and creative execution.
- Handle and operate different types of production gear and shooting equipment.
- Occasionally shoot and edit reels or short-form content with quick turnaround requirements.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure content quality, visual consistency, and timely delivery.
Desired Qualifications:
Educational Background
- Academic qualification is flexible for this role; demonstrated expertise in cinematography and creative visual storytelling will be highly valued.
Additional Requirements
- 2–3 years of professional experience in cinematography or video production.
- Strong sense of visual storytelling, creativity, and shot execution.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced shooting environments.
- Good understanding of lighting, framing, composition, and camera movement.
- Basic to intermediate video editing skills are mandatory.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Strong dedication, adaptability, and a solution-oriented mindset.
Preferred Profile
- Candidates with prior experience in EdTech, marketing agencies, production houses, or mainstream media will be given preference.
- Experience in social media content production will be considered a strong advantage.
- Candidates with content creator experience will receive added preference.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: 30000-35000
