This page explains how to delete the information that CrackTech Limited (RJSC Registration No. C-180637) holds about you through the CrackTech Comment Bot, the Messenger automation on our Facebook Pages (Live MCQ, Live Written, Live Publications, Medical Higher Study and CT MEM). What we can delete
- Your Facebook name and the Page-scoped ID linked to our Page
- Your comment and conversation records held in our systems
- Any phone number or email address you shared with us
How to request deletion
Use either option:
- Email: write to contact@cracktech.org with the subject “Delete my data”. Include your Facebook name and, if you shared them, the phone number or email address.
- Messenger: send the message “Delete my data” to the same Facebook Page you interacted with.
What happens next
We will delete your information from our systems within 30 days and confirm through the channel you used. Messages that remain inside Messenger itself are controlled by Meta; you can delete that conversation from your own Messenger app at any time.
Stop messages without deleting
You can stop receiving messages from our Page at any time by blocking or muting the conversation in Messenger.
