Key Responsibilities:
- Create and design digital and print materials (primarily for social media) that are aligned with CrackTech’s brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with different teams to deliver high-quality visuals for campaigns and promotional activities.
- Ensure consistency across all platforms, managing multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to produce innovative and visually appealing designs.
- Incorporate feedback effectively and make necessary revisions to designs.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred, but applicants with a bachelor’s degree in any discipline are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc).
- A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative projects.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and consistency in design.
- Up-to-date knowledge of design trends and best practices.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: BDT 25,000 or Negotiable based on skill, experience, and expertise.
- Performance Bonus.
