Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure a positive customer experience and resolve customer queries in a timely manner.
- Maintain communication with customers via mobile calls and messages.
- Provide support and assistance to customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns effectively.
- Build and nurture strong customer relationships through effective communication.
- Provide timely support and resolve inquiries to ensure a positive experience.

Salary: Tk. 15000 – 25000 (Monthly) [Based on Skill, Experience and Expertise]
Education
Bachelor/Honors (Any discipline)
Experience:
1-2 years, with preference for those with call center experience, online sales skills, or similar backgrounds.
Additional Requirements:
- Strong communication skills.
- Proven experience in customer support via phone and online channels.
- Ability to handle online sales and maintain user relationships.
- Problem-solving ability.
