Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain communication with customers via mobile calls and messages.
  • Provide support and assistance to customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns effectively.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience and resolve customer queries in a timely manner.

Vacancy: 10

Salary: Tk. 15000 – 30000 (Monthly) [Based on Skill, Experience and Expertise]

Education

  • Bachelor/Honors

Experience

  • Call Center/Tele communication
  • Preference will be given to those who have worked in call center.
  • At least 2 years
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

  • Female are encouraged.
  • No age restriction.
