Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct keyword research, manage bids, and create ad copy tailored to drive results.
- Continuously monitor campaign performance, adjusting to meet KPIs.
- Use analytics tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager to track and measure campaign success.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for ongoing optimization and improvement.
- Prepare detailed reports outlining the performance of digital ad campaigns.
- Collaborate with the creative team to design compelling ad creatives for targeted audiences.
- Create, manage, and optimize Meta and Google Ads campaigns to increase traffic and conversions.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years of experience managing Google Ads and Meta (Facebook, Instagram) ads.
- Experience working in an Advertising Agency, IT Enabled Service, or EdTech Company.
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager.
- Strong knowledge of campaign optimization, performance tracking, and ROI strategies.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Major in Marketing or related subject will be a big advantage.
Office Summary:
- Office Location: Mirpur, Dhaka or Cumilla City
- 6 days a week, 8 working hours per day.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary is Negotiable based on skill, experience, and expertise.
