🌟 Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise support staff (cleaning, refreshments, guest handling).
- Manage office facilities: furniture, AC, electricity, plumbing, and equipment.
- Handle purchasing & supply of all office essentials.
- Maintain inventory & asset records for all office items.
- Build & maintain vendor and service provider relationships; ensure timely repairs and reliable support.
- Basic troubleshooting of IT issues (laptops, printers, internet, etc.); coordinate repair if needed.
- Ensure the office environment is always neat, functional, and welcoming.
- Proactively identify and fix any issues—nothing should remain broken or missing.
- Act as point person in emergencies (power outage, sudden repair, safety issues).
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and trustworthiness in dealing with vendors, guests, and staff.
💼 Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree (any discipline, preferably Business/Management).
- 2+ years’ experience in office/admin operations.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Hands-on, solution-oriented, and resourceful.
- Basic IT troubleshooting knowledge.
- Reliable, proactive, and able to “own” the workplace.
