Position: Senior Product Designer
We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer who thinks beyond screens. Someone who understands users, business goals, and product strategy — and can turn ideas into meaningful, elegant experiences across web and mobile.
You’ll work closely with the Product, Engineering, Content, and Marketing teams to shape the future of our apps.

What You’ll Do
- Own the end-to-end design process: research → wireframes → prototypes → final UI
- Lead UI/UX Designer and other team members
- Design intuitive, scalable experiences for mobile and web
- Translate product requirements into clean, usable designs
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on insights
- Maintain and improve design systems
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ship high-impact features
- Balance user needs with business objectives
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in Product Design
- Strong portfolio showcasing real product work (not just Dribbble shots)
- Solid understanding of UX principles and interaction design
- Skilled in Figma (or similar tools)
- Experience designing for mobile apps is a big plus
- Ability to think strategically, not just visually
- Strong communication & presentation skills
Nice to Have
- Experience in EdTech or content-driven platforms
- Basic understanding of analytics & product metrics
- Experience working in agile product teams
