Job Location: Cumilla City
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and create visual content for marketing and branding, including flyers, social media graphics, email campaigns, and other promotional materials.
- Lead creative sessions and brainstorming for project kick-offs.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align designs with brand strategy.
- Review and supervise the work of junior graphic designers to ensure quality and cohesiveness.
- Keep updated with industry trends, software updates, and design best practices.
- Quality control for design elements.
Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree from any discipline.
Experience:
At least 5 years in the relevant industry. Experience in leading a creative team is a plus.
Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience with 3D software is a plus.
Soft Skills:
- Strong creative vision and artistic skill.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work well in a team and meet deadlines.
Job Nature: Full-Time
Office Hours:
9 AM to 6 PM (including 1 hour break); 6 days a week.
