Job Responsibilities:
- Design and enhance user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and optimize designs.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design with product features.
- Ensure consistency in design, functionality, and user experience across all platforms.
- Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends and best practices to bring innovative solutions to the table.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelorâs degree in Design, Interaction Design, or a related field is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in UI/UX design for digital products.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and conducting user testing.
- Excellent visual design skills with attention to detail and consistency.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: BDT 30K per month. But, it is Negotiable based on skill, experience, and expertise.
- Performance Bonus.
