Job Responsibilities:

• Design and enhance user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and optimize designs.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design with product features.
• Ensure consistency in design, functionality, and user experience across all platforms.
• Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends and best practices to bring innovative solutions to the table.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Interaction Design, or a related field is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in UI/UX design for digital products.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and conducting user testing.
• Excellent visual design skills with attention to detail and consistency.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: BDT 30K per month. But, it is Negotiable based on skill, experience, and expertise.
• Performance Bonus.
