Position: UX Researcher
We’re looking for a UX Researcher to help us deeply understand our users, uncover insights, and influence product decisions. You’ll work closely with designers, product managers, and developers to make our products more intuitive, meaningful, and user-centered.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct user research using qualitative and quantitative methods (interviews, surveys, usability testing, and analytics).
- Analyze data and translate findings into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to integrate research into the product process.
- Create user personas, journey maps, and research reports to communicate user needs and behaviors.
- Advocate for user needs at every stage of the product lifecycle and help shape product strategy.
- Help refine hypotheses and research goals based on business priorities and user feedback.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in HCI, Psychology, Human Factors, UX, Sociology, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience conducting user research for digital products (mid-level or above).
- Strong understanding of user-centered design and research methods (both qualitative and quantitative).
- Comfortable with research tools and analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present insights clearly to cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented, curious, and passionate about improving user experience.
