Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, structure, and deliver video lessons based on curriculum or learning objectives.
- Present lessons clearly on camera in an engaging and student-focused manner.
- Work with the content team to create scripts, lesson outlines, slides, and teaching materials.
- Collaborate with the video production team to ensure smooth recording sessions.
- Review and revise materials to maintain accuracy and quality.
- Adapt teaching techniques to suit online learners of different levels.
- Stay updated on teaching methods, learning trends, and digital education tools.
- Maintain deadlines and ensure timely delivery of lessons.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of the subject(s) you will teach (Bangla, Science, English & General Knowledge).
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Confidence and professionalism on camera.
- Ability to explain complex topics in a simple, engaging manner.
- Prior teaching, tutoring, or training experience (preferred).
- Good understanding of modern e-learning methods.
